Red Cherry Gayo Arabica

Red Cherry Gayo is arabica coffee from Bener Meriah, Gayo Aceh, Sumatra. Gayo highland is a perfect place for coffee plantation. The soil is so blessed that everything grows well in this region, and farmers do not use fertilizers. Most coffee are organically grown here.
Red Cherry Gayo is also organically grown. Strictly only red cherry are picked and processed by the farmers. Processed coffee are sundried in mountain are to prevent excessive heat to the coffee. In final process, defects are selected out. Maximum of 1 percent defects are tolerable.
Red cherry Gayo is processed so carefully to preserve the volatile organics compound in the coffee. It has strong fruity and aroma, well balanced betweeen acidity, sweetness, and aftertaste.
